How liquidation works here
A position can be liquidated once its debt rises above 60% of its collateral value — a health factor below 1. A liquidator repays part of the debt and takes the matching collateral plus a 5% bonus.
Liquidation is partial. The most anyone can repay is the amount that brings the health factor back to within a rounding unit of 1. A liquidator who sends more than that is simply held to the limit — the contract trims the repayment rather than rejecting it, so a token repayment from anyone else can no longer cancel a liquidation that is already due. You keep the rest of the position.
Borrowing stops at 50%, which leaves room between the limit and the threshold.
